Description
Yoell, designed by Vincent Van Duysen for Molteni & C, is the contemporary reinterpretation of the archetype, born in the mid-1950s, of the traditional relaxation armchair.Supported by an elegant solid wooden structure, Yoell recalls the distinctive feature of the 1950s deckchair, born in Latin America to relax in patios, terraces and living spaces caressed by the tropical climate. In his version, Vincent van Duysen emphasizes the difference with the original seating systems, characterized by free-moving straw sheets or upholstery, designing a completely new element. A seat for interiors proposed in fabric, leather or hide-leather from the Molteni & C range for an armchair that elegantly furnishes any living room. Its strong point is a frame, printed and shaped anatomically using a thin layer of polyurethane, finds its natural place by hooking itself to the two top and bottom cross-bars of the solid wood frame painted in black oak, eucalyptus or Sunrise oak. The result is an exceptionally comfortable, all-in-one system that seamlessly links seat and backrest. In this version: Black Oak base – KH746 Kermesse, Cat. K upholstery.
