Eleganza Missoni is a collection of upholstered armchairs designed by Philippe Starck and produced by the brand Kartell in collaboration with the Italian textile company. Proposed in two versions, Eleganza Missoni Nia and Eleganza Missoni Ela, with and without armrests. The structure is made of recycled thermoplastic technopolymer derived from pure waste material not contaminated by other materials. Each chair is offered in three refined fabrics.With this project, the French designer wanted to pay homage to the essential and refined Italian style: two soft and discreet seats to furnish a space in which to recreate that warm and fascinating atmosphere of Made in Italy haute couture. The Eleganza chairs upholstered in vibrant Missoni fabrics embody timeless charm. Italian craftsmanship marries haute couture and design, creating a unique combination. Every detail reflects craftsmanship and creativity, making the furnishings true masterpieces of style and refinement.Furthermore, through the creation of the Eleganza chair, Starck himself continues his exploration in the search for eco-sustainable materials; in fact, recycled material scraps have been used, guaranteeing maximum aesthetic quality.
