Coconutrug I Glassati – Verde Sottobosco is an outdoor rug by Italian brand G.T.DESIGN designed by Deanna Comellini. “Coconutrug” is an independent brand of the company since 1998, a pioneer in the use of coconut fibre for the creation of designer carpets. The ‘Coconutrug I Glassati’ rug is perfect when a filter is needed to protect the floor. It is ideal in modern interiors and outdoor living areas where high-quality, durable carpets are essential. In a colour palette inspired by forest tones, Coconutrug I Glassati Sottobosco can become a modular carpet at will and be joined to other portions via coloured Velcro strips. It is made on traditional looms by skilled craftsmen trained in the use of coconut fibre, one of the strongest eco-fibres, known for its excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties, and has been used since antiquity for its ability to resist mould, water and bacteria, as well as rubbing and breaking.Outdoor carpet made of coconut fibre treated with waterproof resins and woven by hand. Eco-fibre coconut fibre resistant to mould, moisture and bacteria as well as mechanical wear and tear. Has thermal and acoustic insulating properties. Can be assembled with Velcro.
